Action: |
Working closely with the City of
Milwaukee and the Wisconsin
Department of Natural Resources,
RER has obtained WNDR approval
of a Remedial Action Plan.
The development of the site with
an approximately 200,000 square
foot office/warehouse will serve
as a cap for the residual
impacted soils. VOC hot
spots will be removed as part of
the remediation, and groundwater
monitored to assure natural
attenuation of VOC impacts to
groundwater. Remediation
completed in
2004, development of SBP III
completed in 2006. |
