Action: This 10-acre site is one of the last Superfund sites to be redeveloped in the Twin Cities.  The site conditions included lead impacted soils from the former lead smelting operation.  RER acquired the site, as well as two neighboring parcels, and worked closely with the City of St. Louis Park to create a state of the art office showroom building that complied with the neighborhood plan.  MPCA approved cleanup of Site results in full liability protections for developer, lenders and tenants.
