This 0.4-acre site was the last
piece of the remediation and
redevelopment of the Former
National Lead Superfund Site.
The site conditions included
lead impacted soils from the
former lead smelting operation
once located across the street. RER
acquired the site and
worked closely with the City of
St. Louis Park to create a state
of the art medical office building that complied with the
neighborhood plan. MPCA
approved cleanup of Site results
in full liability protections
for developer, lenders and
tenants.
