Action: |
The 26-acre former wood

vacant for over 30 years and was
valued at $0.00 on tax roles.
The property owner, Cummins/Onan
wanted to create a distribution
center on the vacant, polluted
site. Real Estate Recycling
(RER) teamed with Cummins/Onan
and Murphy Warehouse Company to
develop the property. RER
created and executed a plan to
investigate, clean up and
develop the site within 12
months. |
